You spelled my name wrong xD Whoops...looks like I forgot to remove mention of Gligar from this before I handed it over... Oh, well anyway, even though Ice Beam was used primarily for Gligar, there really isn't much else that can fit into that fourth slot, unless you want to use Return, so...
