  1. Furry Mexican Duck-Frog (Ludicolo Discussion)

It might be better if a more tankish pokemon such as Bronzong set up Rain Dance with a wet rock. But regardless, I adore Ludicolo. I've been using a much more tankish/stalling set: Ludicolo @ Leftovers Rain Dish Calm ~Seismic Toss ~Leech Seed ~Protect ~Toxic EV's: 156 HP/176 Sp Def/176 Def I...
  2. EV-reducing berry anomaly

Huh, I had no idea that this happened. Interesting.
  3. Regirock

I combined Regirock with Hippowdon on one of my teams. Regirock @ Leftovers Clear Body Impish ~Stone Edge ~Curse ~Rest ~Thunderwave/Toxic/EQ EVs:252 HP/252 Sp Def/6 Def A ridiculous wall. Toxic is handy, t-wave screws sweepers and helps it last through rest, and EQ helps for attacking...

Yeah, but it has a 75% acc. I'd rather not risk that, thanks.

From Forsety's post: Milotic with max def, max HP and +def giving it 282 defense and 394 HP takes 66%-78% damage from Outrage. Milotic with max def, max HP and +def giving it 282 defense and 394 HP takes 56%-66% damage from Thunderpunch. This is using a dragonite with a 380 Att and...
  6. GTS Cloning Trick

the 7 3/4 is not an definite time. Mine varies constantly, so I shut mine off at 8 exactly because that seems to be the general average of it all. Experimentation is key.

Judging from the aforemention thunderpunch vs outrage calcs, I think thunderpunch is the better option. 95%, if not more, Milotics out there are Bold, and if such is the case, both Thunder Punch and Outrage give a 2hko, but T-punch doesn't lock you in/confuse. Seems like the better option to...

Firestorm, that's a good point. I've had roost for awhile now, and I haven't really been using it. I suppose it's one of those moves better for in-game than for competiteve battling.

Dragonite has no "best item" imo. Yache Berry is nice, but only when paired with roost. Life Orb is another good choice, but without wish support or roost that can hurt too. Leftovers is obviously always dependable, but it may not be as effective as the aforemention items. I'm surprised no...

@ firestorm My set was using Dragon Claw, but I'm starting to think outrage might be the better option. In that case, definitely go with Fire Punch for skarm and bronzong, or just risk them walling you and throw in roost for recovery.
  11. How do you kill this? Rhyperior Discussion.

FT is right. There are no "defense glasses." Also, I'm using Bronzong as a counter for Rhyperior. If you load it up with max HP and a decent defense, I don't think it even needs Reflect to survive effectively.
  12. Dragonite... the lonely 600 club member

@ Haitian That set sounds pretty effective. Running Roost over something would seriously help with the Life Orb recoil, but as to where to put depends on what you'd like to open yourself to. Another idea could be this: Dragonite @ Life Orb Inner Focus Jolly ~Dragon Dance ~Dragon Claw...
  13. Dragonite... the lonely 600 club member

    I use Dragonite, it's my personal favorite pokemon. I've got an excellent IV'd one: Jolly, 30 HP/30 Att/~15 Def/~14 Sp Att/31 Sp Def/31 Speed. Dragonite @ Leftovers/Life Orb/Yache Berry Inner Focus Jolly ~Dragon Dance ~Dragon Claw ~Brick Break ~Roost EV's: 252 Att/196 Spd/30 HP/32 Sp Def...
  14. 2 Pokes getting the exact same ivs possible?

On Navel Rock, back when I was more noobish than I am now, I caught Lugia and Ho-oh without and regard to natures/IVs. Well I went back to look at them yesterday and realized they had the exact same IVs and natures. It was really weird.
