I'm going with Azelf. Its higher attack ensures that a neutral Explosion will kill almost anything. It still also has the key EQ immunity.

Personally, I'd run the set the above user suggested for Persian, but U-Turn over Shadow Claw. Persian needs free damage, isn't that powerful anyways.
