I believe that Heal Bell is supposed to heal confusion. It currently does not in PS. Aromatherapy also does not heal confusion.

Why is Burmy running Sp. Atk? Shedinja has 1 HP. EDIT: Burmy should only run 224 speed with a boosting nature just so that Shedinja is forced to run a +speed nature. What can Burmy do defensively with the extra 280 EVs that could be saved?
