i don't get why everybody is wining about vaporeon. just use a whiscash and you'll be good. you can use a dd set for offensive power but i suggetst a more bulky one with: rest toxic, scald/surf,protect. it has won me a lot of matches and imo it is better than dewgong bcoz it only has 1 weakness...
