I have yet to have a problem with Genesect, actually. Then again, I can usually predict the switch and kill the thing off before it can do damage.

I've tried Knock Off on a Tentacruel, and I love it. It's a troll move in general when it comes to Hail. And even if Hail is supposed to be more of a stall team, it's no question that the offensive boosts are better than the stall aspects since, well, there aren't that many good hail abusers...

Never really thought of it like that since most of the time, they just went straight to BP, which Chandy and Heatran could resist with ease. Anyway, when I get back to laddering, I'll give the set a try. :D

Did some testing, and what I've found is that while Protect has its uses, I found myself severely missing EQ at times for Abomasnow. And while on the topic of Abomasnow, @Chimpakt, the extra speed doesn't seem all that useful, since most Scizor are gonna have a move that OHKOs Abomasnow, so...

Thanks for the suggestions! Sleep Talk Heatran + Conkeldurr could probably do well for the team, with the only real difference I have is getting a powerful physical sweeper instead of a special one. I'll try Protect out as a just in case move, but I've never really had trouble with Genesect...

Tempted to try the passive damage idea as well. Rotom-W sounds like he'd work well in a team like that, IMO.

Tried out another hail team built with suggestions from here, and my god, Hariyama is so good in hail. Rest Talk is very helpful, especially when you Whirlwind their boosted sweeper because of it.

Thanks for the suggestion! As for how, there are a few problem pokemon I've seen on Rain stall that hurt me. Since Salamence has virtually nothing invested in defenses, things like Vaporeon can rest and then kill with Ice Beam. For Breloom, I've seen quite a few Tentacruel with Acid...

Going to keep the threat list short for now, Rain stall alone wrecks this team. I'll make a more detailed one when I get the time. Adding this now, Baton Pass teams with Espeon and Stored Power sweep my team.
