What would you think of a bulk up Poliwrath over Quagsire he has acess to bulk up and higher stats with some great resists still but I guess the flying weakness can prove to be a problem.

Sub Whirlwind Crobat gives this team major problems I've tried it myself and like it but the Venasaur just doesn't do anything for me personally I'm not sure what to switch around though.

Rotom is awesome but there are a lot of CB Tars with pursuit to screw any rotom over but you could try a specs hp fighting and trick variant of rotom so when tar comes in you smash it hard with a specs hp fighting which should 2hko then later you can trick the specs away.

Trick scarf is way to obvious on your rotom I used it for a while and people usually just switch in a choice scarf heatran or some other choice user to make it useless also a sub salac berry Heatran can actually work wonders if you try it.

Yeah definately 252 hp for Kingdra that's what I run and it works wonders but you should use Scizor for your starter with Choice band and U-Turn that's a painful start for your opponent and you can safely switch.
