Ok, I know that I keep asking a ton of questions and never seem to get anywhere, but this is really bugging me. I followed what Rocket Boss Giovanni said about calling Elm until I was one frame away, but still I am getting the wrong IVs. I've tried it twice, by the way, with different seeds...

Now then chaps... I finally have my shiny egg (WOOH). But there's a new problem... So I got an IV spread at frame 17. I called Elm 10 times to check the seed. 7 frames to go then, right? I read that eggs start on frame 3. So I called Elm another 4 times. Got the egg... Wrong IVs. Can...

Hey there, you can help people with RNG abuse in Soul Silver right? Ok, so I am trying to get a shiny egg. I went into "Shiny Egg" on RNG Reporter, selected "HGSS Shiny Egg" and then got a result with "Frame" 3. I checked my seed with Elm calls and it matched up, so I got rid of the first...

Same again. Is it because the frame starts on 3? That doesn't seem right though... I'll give it a shot anyways and keep checking back here for confirmation (or a lack thereof).

Right... now then. So I called Elm until I was 100% certain I hit my seed/delay; I did. The frame for the shiny egg I wanted was 3, so I figured I get rid of two, save, and keep the third. It wasn't shiny OR the right nature. Now I know I hit my seed and delay or whatever, so what did I do...
