What frame do you end up on? No roamers I'm assuming, but the npc on the route is probably moving after your advancements. Either account for the frame difference or re-save in front of th dc man. FYI when the npc advanced my frame it was usually by two, so check frame ~18 for what you're getting

Its been a while since I did it, but I don't believe receiving them advances any frames, the time is for gen 3 if you didnt already get that answered. Ill try and abuse a new Shiny ID/SID and give it another run with a frame 1 spread and let you know.
