Nature: Modest
Type: Rock
Rock: Rock STAB; Take 2 less damage from all special attacks during Sandstorm. Able to use Sand Tomb without losing focus.

Abilities:
Levitate: (Innate) This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading Ground moves like Earthquake, Bulldoze, and Magnitude. Other Ground moves can still hit.

(e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) damage, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2).
Mold Breaker (DW): (LOCKED) (Innate) Whenever this Pokemon attacks, it emits an invisible, blindingly quick pulse preceding the attack that disables the opponents natural abilities (e.g. Levitators plummet towards the ground before Earthquake hits, Volt Absorb will not absorb electric attacks, Clear Body does not prevent stat-drops, etc.)

Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit. Levitate Pokemon will retain the Levitate trait when they use Skill Swap on an enemy, and will steal the opponent's ability (the user can specify if they want a foe or ally to gain Levitate from a Skill Swap.) Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Abilities:

Thick Fat: (Innate) This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)
Guts: (Innate) This Pokemon is tenacious and will work ever harder when under a status condition, raising the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by two (2). Pokemon with Guts ignore the attack drop from burn.
Sheer Force (DW): (Can be Enabled) This Pokemon can energize all its attacks with secondary effect chances less than 100%. When Enabled, the Base Attack Power of every move with an effect chance less than 100% increases by two (2), but they will never have a secondary effect.

  • Complications: The speed is rounded up to the nearest whole number for a pokemon with a +speed nature, meaning Haunter's speed should be 110, not 109. The accuracy boost he gets from his +speed nature should be 21% (it's (new speed^2)/580 for stage 2 mons). Finally, its base rank total is 15. Fix these (you can just remove the base rank total thing if you want since it's pretty much no longer needed) and you're APPROVED (EDIT: Has now been fixed)
  • Elevator Music: When making a nature change, you should state which stats get changed and to what so we can make sure you're doing it right. A change from Relaxed to Adamant means its attack becomes 5, its defence becomes 3, its special attack becomes 2 and its speed becomes 65. As long as you make exactly those changes, I think you're APPROVED
  • Yarnus of Bethany: TheWolfe said you only got 2 CC and 2 HC, but I checked and he got the prizes wrong, so yes, 4 CC and 4 HC (which you're using as MC) is correct. APPROVED
  • Solstice: Since Octillery currently has 6/6 EC and 5/5 DC, it gets 3 MC instead of the usual 1 EC/2 MC/1 DC. This means if you're putting its KOC into its MC, then it has 1 MC left after you purchase those moves. Fix that and you're APPROVED
  • the dead mans oddysey: I was looking at your profile and ... um, you know that the level-up moves a mon starts with are those that it gets up to level 25 in any generation, right? This means your Nohface can also get Odor Sleuth for free (pre-level-25 move in gen 4) and your Syclar can get Icy Wind for free (also pre-level-25 move in gen 4). In addition, Perish Song is a level-up move for Nohface, so it only costs 1 MC, meaning he still has 2 left. So ... fix those and you're APPROVED
  • Ziposaki: Hariyama does not learn Tackle upon evolving because it already knew Tackle when it was a Makuhita. Remove the duplicate Tackle (and no, you don't get to redeem it for an MC) and you're APPROVED
  • C$FP: APPROVED

This brings my UC to 34.9.

Hey, you know those 3 UC I have? Well, I'm putting them all into my Cottonee's MC, and purchasing Energy Ball, Hurricane Solarbeam (only Whimsicott gets Hurricane >.<), and Endeavor (All 3 are LU moves).
