Specific Location: From the Abomasnow there are two paths to the right after sliding on ice, take the bottom one (has a battle girl with a medicham) and follow it until you go downstairs. There is a ice sliding puzzle with frost breath at the end, you have to slide diagonally to get it.

Specific Location: Make your way through the Hotel (enter via the northern entrance) and get past the punks to reach the boss. After he teaches you the Cosmic Flip trick, head right and smash the wall with Rock Smash. The TM is behind the wall.

Can you be more specific about the location of TM53? There's no stairs in Route 20 that I see.

In the last area of route 20 before you reach the Pokemon Village there is a room with four exits. Take the left exit first and you'll end up on the opposite side of the same area. Now go back into the exit you just came out of (the right-hand exit) and you'll come to a dead end room with a tree. Leave the dead end room again and you'll be in a new area. Take the south exit and make your way to the stairs! Follow the other directions from there.

You must have cut and waterfall. First you go to route 16 and look for the area with tall grass. There will be a tree to cut. When you get past it there will be a river leading to a waterfall. It will take you to route 15 on the other side of some rocks to dark pulse

Then proceed south (there should be Fearows occasionally coming down and battling you), and enter the cave to the right. TM03 Should be there.

Please be warned about the girl in Anistar, I am still trying to figure out when/what times she gives out TMs so some of those may change.

Also: If anything is not specific enough please post a more accurate version! I'll be going on a big TM hunt this afternoon to see if the locations are good for most of them.
