Isn't Houndourite found in Y only? And only on Route 16?

I want to use it for Masuda Method breeding (I am from Germany and bought my game there, but the game is in english).

I can offer a 5/6 Adamant Fletchling with Gale Wings if you are interested in that, or a 5/6 Modest Croagunk with Dry Skin (if you want to use special Toxicroak).
 
Anyone have a Tympole/Palpitoad/Seismitoad with Water Absorb? Either a male, or caught in a Pokéball is preferred.

Looking for male Crawdunt with adaptbility or anyone with the friend safari for that slot :D Can offer pokerus or close combat + quick attack Pinsir.
