How are you getting kalos native SR on Skarm? How does that work?

SR is an egg move you so breed a skarmory you got from black and white and breed it to a skarmory in Kalos. and you keep breeding until you have Shiny, but I didn't mean to breed a shiny in the first place and was only going for 5iv normal one.
