I've gotten a few of them from different people. Traded a pair of 5 IV Gale Wings Fletchling + 5 IV Pain Split Duskull for one, traded a fish chain shiny for the other, and got the last one for free. Not everyone is the same, but maybe that'll help you.

Im sorry this might be a stupid question but what is a Fish chain shiny?

i just super train it is a ton easier you don't have to find certain pokes

Best way is with Hordes and Pokerus of course, Use Sweet Scent to get an instint horde attack, For Example 5 Horde Battles of a Hoppip, Will have your Pokemon Fully EV Trained in SpDef (If with Pokerus) , Nosepass for Defence, Wingull for Speed, Gulpin for HP, Vanilite for SpAtk, Bellsprout for Attk, They are the most common Hordes

A fish chain shiny relates to chain fishing which, as you get higher up the chain, increases your chances of finding a shiny wild pokemon.

edit got a 4 perfect bold feebas off GTS and bred with a 3 iv ditto and got a 31/x/31/31/31/31 on my third6egg!
