I'll start off the angry comments,

Dragonite looks at you funny, and uses outrage (Y'all Garchomp and Ttar fans can shut up, Kairyu's the best).

They have completely different roles, and I personally like Goodra better for it's role as a tank, meaning that I encourage a reliable form of recovery for it rather than Dragonite as a set up sweeper. But that's neither here nor there, I agree that it could potentially be a better Latias, and Blissey/Chansey won't do shit against a PH Goodra, which is exciting! :D Anyway, I vote Poison Heal Goodra, like it wasn't obvious.
