Flare Blitz Zard Y is legit as it lets you lure out and kill Chansey.
Calm Mind Mewtwo is also legit on a Life Orb Set (btw don't use Calm Mind Lugia).

Also, Calm Mind Lugia is totally legit. It's listed on its sets (Granted its more of a offensive role, but it is still a tank)
CM Mewtwo with a Life Orb... I dunno he seems a bit frail to set up. I could understand something like Arceus (120/120/120 bulk :P) running Calm Mind offensively, but Mewtwo seems too frail to. Just me though :)
Edit: Nah it's on it's first set, I guess it could work. (Imagine MMewtwoY with that set.?. Mother of god)
