Slowbro shouldn't be mentioned as a counter to Charizard X, a +1 Adamant Dragon Claw is a 2HKO, and not considering lesser used options such as Outrage and Thunder Punch.

Also if you are going to list all roles you might as well mention Trappers (Magnezone, Gothitelle, Wobbufett) and. VoltTurners (Rotom-W, Mega Manentric, Mega Scizor, Landrous-T,etc.)

Edit: Seems you like the volt turn thingy covered after all, but there a LOT of non OU pokemon on these lists, once you go through the edits mods have suggested we'll help you clean up.

+1 152+ Atk Tough Claws Mega Charizard X Dragon Claw vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 178-211 (45.1 - 53.5%) -- 92.6% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery.

Note that is the 152+ EV spread, no Outrage and no Thunder Punch. Also what is Scald going to do against it, especially the bulky versions? It's a check, and depending on the X set it's either a soft or hard check at that.

Edit: If you go for the Toxic you have to switch out, if you choose thunder wave then you are relying on a 25% of full paralysis because at +1 it will outspeed a 30 Base Speed Slowbro, someone feel free to check that out with the 108 speed investment for bulky CharX.

Everything in the lists has a niche that is viable in OU, the only Pokemon listed for the most part are rated in the OU viability thread with maybe one or two exceptions. Trappers is a good idea and I will get to adding that soon :) It has already been updated regularly to meet most peoples criticism/suggestions, Ideally the thread needs a few mods/mentors to give their analysis on what is in the right/wrong place.

On another topic I have been considering adding a Tank Section for bulky offense such as mamoswine,garchomp and Tyranitar. If people think it is a good idea I will implement it - would help thin out the Offensive category somewhat.

Thanks for pointing out the double sprites. I would question talonflame being on sand teams as recoil and sandstorm chip damage do not work very nicely in talonflames favour.

Talonflame is capable of removing many of sand rush excadrill and tyranitar's checks

Seismitoed and Ludicolo should be under common rain team Pokemon as that is literally the only reason they are ranked on the viability ranking, maybe Tornadus, Toxicroak and Rotom Wash too.

This thread does not really include D rank pokemon as they are better of not being used to be honest.

Azumarill risks facing a will-o-wisp char X set, and after one or two boosts can be easily 2hko'd and as such will win due to being faster. That and there is a lot of guess work in Char X's set as they can also run thunder Punch/Earthquake.

Azu still counts as a check to CharX - a shaky check, but a check nonetheless.

It isn't a "Shaky check", it's a perfectly acceptable check. It is a shaky counter, unless you want to make it a dedicated zardx counter.

would certainly be worth considering, however I am not sure the groups are 100% finished yet so the links will probably be added once all the groups are finalized.
