XY OU First Competitive X and Y OU Team

Hi people This is my first Thread on Smogon so I am kind of new to this stuff. Anyway I made this offensive OU team that works pretty well. (I tested it on showdown) I think there can be improvements with my team and I want you guys to help me with it because I am really not experienced at competitive battling. Here it is:

Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Play Rough

This is my Mega Mawile which is extremely powerful, Most of the time I just setup a swords dance and sweep through the time but when I am up against steel types i go into lando or latios with the hp fire to take it out. If there is a ground type i switch into my rotom-W or latios and lando. If its a fire type I will go into rotom or latios or tyranitar or quagsire depending on the pokemon. Its intimidate is very useful as well to somewhat cripple physical sweepers. It's purpose is to be bulky physical sweeper with the nice priority.

Rotom-Wash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 228 HP / 252 SpA / 28 Spe
- Sleep Talk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
-
This is my usual lead because of volt-switch and switch into something that can check or counter the lead I am against. I have sleep talk on it for sleep clause so they put asleep my sleep talking pokemon. This is why I have only 2 attacking moves so sleep talk will choose 2 strong attacks. This is useful because most pokemon that put things to sleep are grass types, ex. Breloom, Amoongus. Most of the time the predict the switch and use spore while I go for the sleep talk and hope for the volt switch. If not I will easily switch into mawile or latios. When I up against mold break earthquake pokemon i go into landorus or quagsire since its a devensive tank. Its main purpose is to Hit (Hard) and Run.

Landorus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast
- Psychic
- Stealth Rock

Basicly all it needs to do is get rocks on the field and deal as much damage as possible. If it is still alive I use it as fodder or if it can check or counter something. When am up against ice type foes I will switch into mawile or rotom depending on the pokemon. When i am against water type pokemon I will switch into rotom or latios depending on the pokemon. Stealth rocks is very useful to my team because my other sweepers can break focus sashes and wither down wall or tanks.

Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Surf

I have a modest scarf latios which is awesome. it out speeds mostly everything if the opponent isn't using a set up pokemon or a scarf pokemon itself. I prefer Modest to deal more damage and I really don't think I need extra speed. When I am up against ice type pokemon and I am not certain that can have ice shard or just take the hp fire i switch into Mawile, or rotom. Dark types can be taken care of because of mawile, for ghost types, tyranitar.

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Tyranitar basically deals a lot of damage and traps foes like latios and latias which eliminates those threats. When I am up against fighting and ground pokemon I can go into landorus or latios. If I am up against Water type pokemon I will go into rotom or latios. Fairy pokemon get defeated by mawile. Steel types can be managed by landorous or Latios with HP fire. Sand is also great for my team since I have ground types so sand is not a problem for me.

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Ice Punch
- Recover
- Curse
- Earthquake

Quagsire is easily my favorite team member. Why? because it walls most physical sweeper and start to setup on them. Curse makes it extra bulky and offensive. Its a defensive tank that can become threatening. Setup sweepers are no match to quagsire on the physical side where more setup sweepers are. Grass types can't touch latios and in retaliation I can use HP fire or go into mawile to stop grass foes.

I know my team seems pretty try hard but I use what I think will be effective. All in all my team is effective but I want to take it to the next level. So please give recommendations to make my team awesome. Remember, I am new at this so if i wasn't clear on something please tell me so I can fix it. Thanks :D
