Iron Chain proves indeed to be the pokemon for the job here, using Life-Orb-Sheer-Force-Boosted attacks and a timely crit to deal some nice damage to the Colossoil. Sid responds with Earthquake and Drill Run, but even being SE it doesn't manage to do as much damage.
