Sadly not, and Pokecheck links don't mean much as Pokecheck was a legality checker (and had some funny mistakes with that too).
The 3 CHANNEL Jirachi you have listed were obtained via RAM editing, and as such not allowed to be traded on Smogon.
Additionally, the following 6 Pokemon are from known hackers, and need to be removed.

Implemented, thank you. Had no idea about the OT's being hackers. Back in 5th Gen people just swapped Pokecheck links and traded.
