Well, the only things the Play Rough Pokemon all share in common seem to be moves that a wide variety of Pokemon get like 3.02 and 4.14 so... I'm assuming Play Rough tutor is not a thing.

Banded Xerneas, you still elude me.

Darn, I was hoping for that as well :c. Guess I'll just stick with mixed with 3 physical attacks and moonblast :(.

I think 4.10 may be outrage, in which case tyrantrum gets it. Noticing all dragons get it so far. Don't want to get hopes up too high, will look into more.

Sadly if 1.11 is Gunk Shot Beedrill doesn't get it.

But GF is correcting mistakes.
Along with Crunch Gyarados say hello finally to Waterfall Kingler!
HM07 is almost certainly still waterfall especially with Seaking only learning HM07, HM03 and HM05.
Kingler will finally be able to use its STAB with Sheer Force.

HM05 is Waterfall, HM07 is Dive.

What I found so far with TMs is that the number is staying the same with XY - true for Substitute, Volt Switch and Focus Blast. Of course I haven't checked for all of them yet though
