Jolly is actually fine and I think you should keep wait for a few other people to say there opinion though.

Def too low...toss (I've been at latios for about 5 hours so I know the pain...)

Yeah, Jolly is one of the best natures for it: http://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/pokemon/rayquaza

Also, toss since def is too low imo.

Dragon's Ascent as another STAB means Ray probably won't need to go mixed as much anymore.

If it's for Mega, I vote Jolly, though that Defense is a bit too low considering Rayquaza can be RNG'd anyway.

And does Ray (among other Legends) not let you use a Synchronizer?

Tossed before looking at these posts but thanks for making me feel comfortable with my decision. At least I can go back and swap my synchronizer, forget trying for 6IV Jolly will be easier.

Why are these first few legends so agonizing to SR? In-game Lati@s is a pain, now Rayquaza having to guess the nature, and there's not even an opportunity to save before fighting Deoxys and watching the credits roll...
