Can't Connect for some Reason

"This server's request IP 198.27.75.54 is not a registered server." This isn't even my ip and I've been playing for almost 2 months now. Today I've been playing for 3 hours straight and quickly went to feed my dog. After I opened back up my laptop, I get that message. What does it mean?
