Shuckle is the lead to set up sticky web and stealth rock most of the time. mental herb is for taunters and toxic and power split is is if i still live



Gardevoir@mega stone- EVs: 252 sp.atk,hp, 4 def Modest nature

Moves:

-hyper voice

-calm mind

-psychic

-shadow ball



Gardevoir is the mega beast. she can outspeed a lot at -1 with sticky web up and the pixalite hyper voice kills anything not defensive or that resists it. Psychic and shadow ball for additional coverage



Rotom-w@assalt vest-EVs: 252 hp, sp.def, 4 def gentle nature

moves:

-thunderbolt

-volt switch

-shadow ball/hp grass

-hydro pump



Rotom is the special wall and volt switch makes it a great pivot for the team



Skarmory@lefties EVs: 252 def., hp. 4 sp.def impish nature

moves:

-stealth rock

-whirlwind

-protect

-roost



Skarmory is the ultimate defensive tank, and with stealth rock in case shuckle dosent set it up skarm can



Talonflame@choice band EVs: 252 atl, spd. 4 spd. Adamant nature

-brave bird

-flare blitz

-steel wing

-u-turn



Talonflame is the game finisher. if my web was spun away, priority brave bird finshes the game



My last pokemon is currently undecided but want a decent attacker with either heal bell and/or rabid spin. i was thinking this

Oh God... first you haven't read the rules, second this is a bad team. Jolteon is unviable and it's set is awful, you have Talonflame and no hazard control, and since you only have 1 'mon that benefits form webs, you should use Galavantula>Shuckle. I suggest you start again TBH.
