Carnivine is a rather odd Pokemon being a grass type that has levitate but with the right move set it could be useful. I raised my Carnivine in HP and Attack and gave it the leftovers to hold, it also has the Adamant nature which boosts attack and lowers special attack. Carnivine is outclassed by many grass types in RU and up and this makes it hard for it to leave an impact on the meta-game but with the right move set you have a good physical attacking grass type. Carnivine uses an odd move-set consisting of Power Whip, Wring out, Infestation, and Giga Impact. Giga Impact and Power whip are used as strong attacks to try and one hit your opponent but you can always switch out Giga Impact with Crunch for coverage. Infestation is a useful move to have with a strong sweeper, Infest your opponent then switch to your sweeper and hit with a super effective move because it can't switch. Finally Wring out can do massive damage to a wall such as Azumaril or Chancey which is a major difference between victory and defeat.
