Several things:
Texas Cloverleaf was this supposed to be 1 Ability or All Abilities? The rest of my post assumes the latter.

The Royal Guard your OP says 1 ability, but you never asked us to declare them, so both Texas and I appear to operating under all abilities. If this is the case, Rivalry should be reducing Nidorino's Ice Beam BAP against Hippopotas. Hustle was not toggled so it would have no effect.

Sand Stream's activation should be mentioned, as it also has an energy cost.
Hippopotas should have +2 BAP on Dig and Sand Tomb because of Sand Force.
Why is ShadowStrike hitting during the evasive phase of Dig? Your reffings should mention both evasive and hit phases of moves when they are relevant.

Speed is recalculated per action at the beginning of that action, not per round, so Nidorino should be slower than Piloswine on actions 2 and 3 because of Icy Wind on action 1, which would make Light Screen move before Ice Beam and subsequently lower the damage that action. The speed scaling in the handbook would show this calculation:

(-1 Spe = X/1.75, so 65/1.75 = 37) [Starting A2]
(-2 Spe = X/2.25, so 65/2.25 = 28) [End round speed stage]

Also Nohface should not be taking Sandstorm damage (Steel/Ghost), but Nidorino should (Pure Poison)

So basically I'm calling for a complete re-ref before my next action set.

One more note: Icy Wind hits both opponents (you did correctly use the spread damage reduction), so Nohface should also have minor damage and a speed reduction. It's so minor though it won't affect my orders.

If Nohface uses Will-O-Wisp on you, Protect (Self) in the first instance and Bite (Nohface) in subsequent actions)
