+ Nice support moves like TR and Stealth Rock.
+ Typing and ability let it check/counter some powerful threats like Tyrantrum and Mega Abomasnow.
+ Immune to Spikes/Toxic Spikes and resists Stealth Rock.
+ Can't be trapped by Dugtrio, which is great for a Steel-type.

- Really slow (good for TR though).
- Weak to Pursuit.
- Has competition as a Stealth Rock setter from Pokemon like Mega Steelix and Rhyperior.
- Low Attack makes it setup fodder, especially when running little to no investment, to Pokemon such as Curse Mega Steelix and Hone Claws Durant.
