Apparently I have to set the tone.

Glowfire: Shadow Mend (Cawmodore) > Chill

Cawmodore: Pluck (Shaymin) > Drill Peck (Shaymin)

Wraith: Clear Smog (Shaymin) > Chill

I would consider Sky Attack but 90% hit rate and possibility of Air Slash hax is discouraging. Cawmodore has enough energy so that it never needs to chill ever anyway irrespective of energy unless Shaymin is still standing after R16 factoring in +2 EN per Shadow Mend from Chandelure. One of Ninetales, Greninja, or Mollux can handle Delibird's Vexating Aroma problem. LS could be set up but I am not sure if it is a good idea at this point. Cawmodore probably needs about three heals a round to stay healthy or something (though we might only need two this round) so... yeah we just have to do what we can at this point.

Nevertheless, the Cawmodore's iron feathers withstand the foe's ethereal slashes surprisingly well. Meanwhile, the Ice-types keep up the offense while the Fire-types heal up the steel bird. But more treachery comes around, as Glowfire is caught by a cloud of toxins and, in his madness, turns on his own allies!

Things to do: Throw two heals Cawmodore's way, paralyse the damn Shaymin, attack and deal little damage... We are going to need to build up enough energy to eventually Bloodlust (Either R11 or R13) and then deal the bulk of damage there. Given flinch risk A1, Sky Attack is a feasible option this round. We have basically five or six rounds to do this!

DOUBLE EDIT: We deal up to 1731 DMG maximum in two rounds with Bloodlust assuming three-hit Icicle Spear and some other things. We should be alright.

The only non-attacking moves this round are Bloodlust and Thunder Wave since the Speed Drop is super beneficial. We are on a knife edge but we should be alright. If you want to sub for Syclant getting Soothing Aroma then go for it. You can also swap Syclant's actions around if you want. My calcs assuming min-hit Icicle Spear and no Soothing Aroma gives me 547 HP left total so expect a little more / we should be good I hope. Here is hoping Gengar gets the Soothing Aroma.

Even removing Technician Icicle Spear is still a powerful move. And even at 0.5 damage, it deals enough damage to warrant being used.

Round 14

Wraith attempts to put Garo Master to sleep, but the misguided Greninja ignores his gaze and blasts Keaton with a terrifying jet of water which leaves the Ninetales crippled by paralysis. Meanwhile, Shaymin annihilates the unfortunate Cawmodore, while inhaling the lingering aroma. But the team does not give up and, with one final collective effort that causes many members to fall to exhaustion, it finally takes down the corrupted guardian of Flower Paradise!

Final

Not long after the hostilities ceased, you see Korinna arriving atop her Hawlucha, landing near you. Then, she walks near Shaymin's motionless body and collects it, cuddling it in her arms with a saddened expression. "Thank you, stalwart defender", she whispers, closing her eyes, "your loss shall not be in vain. This, I vow". Then, pointing at you. "Come. We need...". She takes a brief pause. "To bury him... beneath the dial. Away from this corruption".

As you nod, she walks towards the dial, a glowing crystal of purity in a blighted landscape. However, as she lays the Grass-type's body on the uncorrupted ground, the dial begins shining more intensely. The light brights so intensely that you struggle to keep your eyes open, but you still manage to see... the body of Shaymin, lifted in air and shrouded in the very light of the dial. Then, a sudden burst blinds both you and Korinna. A few moments after you are able to see again... but Shaymin is no longer lying on the ground. You turn around, shocked at its disappearance. Then, you notice Korinna turned her gaze to the sky, overcome by awe.

Floating atop the dial summit, Shaymin seems to be smiling in your direction. Then, its petal-like red wings open wide, and the little creature flies off to the horizon.

"Shaymin...", murmurs Korinna. "That's what he tried to tell us. Even from death, life springs again". A smile crosses her face. "No matter how long night is, the sun will rise again. Let's return to the Pokemon League - we must return Shaymin's last word to our people".
"His last word?", you ask perplexed.
Korinna nods, looking in the direction Shaymin set off. "Hope".

You glance one last time at the Grass-type hedgehog before heading back, but you can't make a step before another two mysterious creatures block your path. At first glance they look like a couple of Dragonair, but their crimson skin, purple pearls, and dark blue eyes quickly identify them as something different... yet, they don't seem hostile. An aura of calm and benevolence surrounds them, and even the withering grass seems to bloom with life once again in their presence. They can't speak to you, but even if you don't know how, you can feel their sentiments. You realize that they are grateful for what you did in order to redeem the shrine, and they apparently wish to join you in your last stand against darkness. Korinna watches the scene in silence, then nods at you.
