Moves

- Judgment: Judgment combined with Zap plate gives Electric Arceus a 100 base power STAB move.
- Toxic: Toxic allows Electric Arceus to cripple many threats such as Primal Groudon and Ho-Oh.
- Recover: Recover helps Electric Arceus staying healthy, and not being worn down easily by things such as Hazards and Mega-Salamence which spams Returns / Frustrations.
- Will-O-Wisp: Will-O-Wisp helps Electric Arceus to deal with threats such as Mega Salamence and Mega Kangaskhan easier, because the burn from Will-O-Wisp halves their attack stat.

- Zap Plate is necessary so Arceus gains its Electric typing.
- 248 HP gives Electric Arceus a odd HP nummer which allows it to switch into stealth rocks more often. 84 evs in defense allows Electric Arceus to take physical hits better. 176 speed evs allows Electric Arceus to outspeed base 110's such as Latios and Latias
- 0 attack ivs allows Electric Arceus to take less damage from foul play
Usage Tips

- Electric Arceus can use its status moves to lure in and cripple pokemon such as Primal Groudon, so teammates can get past these pokemon easier.
- Because of its typing, Electric Arceus has an immunity against the move Thunder Wave. This gives it opportunities to switch in against defensive pokemon such as Klefki however, Electric Arceus dislikes getting toxiced.

- Pokemon immune to ground: Because of Electric Arceus's weakness to ground-type attacks, pokemon that are immune to ground-type moves are good partners for Electric Arceus. Giratina-O deserves a special mention here as it can beat some of the most threatening ground-type pokémon such as Primal Groudon and Arceus Ground.
- Mega Gengar: Mega Gengar can use its ability Shadow Tag to trap pokémon that can wall Arceus-Electric, such as Blissey and Ferrothorn.

- Refresh: Refresh is a notable option, as it helps Electric Arceus curing itself from burn or Toxic.
- Defog: Defog is also a notable option, as Electric Arceus can get rid of hazards for other teammates.
Checks and Counters

- Special Walls: Special walls such as Blissey, Ferrothorn and Primal Groudon are a problem for Electric Arceus, since they can easily switch in to Electric Arceus STAB move and do whatever they want.
- Ground Types: Ground types such as Primal Groudon, Ground Arceus and Excadrill are problems for Electric Arceus since they are immune to Electric Arceus's STAB move, and can OHKO it with their STAB Earthquake.
- Residual Damage: Residual damage such as Spikes, Stealth rock and Toxic help to worn down Electric Arceus quickly.
- Latios and Latias: Latios and Latias with Soul Dew can switch into any attack Electric Arceus carries, and do alot of damage with Soul Dew boosted Draco Meteor or Psyshock. However both Latias and Latios dislike getting statused.
