The main premise of this set is to completely shut down Fraxure ability to settup freely. What a joke. Quilladin can take any attack Fraxure wants to throw out and do whatever it wants. Easily heal off the damage and Roar out the threat. Quilladin even has time to set up Spikes in Fraxure's face. The only problem comes into play if Fraxure is running Taunt, then Quilladin no longer counters...but since the primary is Iron Tail in the set I will go with the counter ruling. But if there is Taunt then the increasingly-popular Clefairy wins hands-down so I would expect Iron Tail more.

Switching into Seed Bomb is arguably fine though, since you can just Morning Sun the damage off and continue along your way.
