Hex deserves a slash IMO. Maybe Heal Bell too but Missy Jr is strapped for moveslots.

Yea ngl this set looks pretty bad, I can't see why I would ever use Foul Play, Hex not being slashed is concerning, and the EV spread is wayyyy too fast - if I wanted to outpseed base 80s I'd use Mismagius
I don't think you have an understanding of Misdreavus in the current meta or have even used it for that matter
