The trans-Pacific partnership's effect on gaming as we know it (this indirectly affects Europe too)

So, Wiki Leaks has recently got hold of information regarding secret negotiations that have been going on between the US and various countries in the pacific rim - including Japan - which has serious implications on gaming as a whole. Now, I can't pretend to be good with legal stuff, and I can't really provide the best explanation (I will link an article+video below for those interested), but I will say that this affects a wide range of people from modders to assisted speedrunners and to youtubers, among other groups, and, whether you are a direct stakeholder or not, you should definitely take an interest in this as it is going to affect the vast majority of gamers.

Looks like yet another reason to oppose this deal but sadly politicians don't give a crap about the consumer.
