Moves
========
-In the first slot, we have Moonblast using "we" is still talking in first person; it's kinda a GP thing but spark and snobalt already asked you to stop, which is arguably Diancie's best STAB since fairy is such a fantastic type in CAP. Furthermore, Earth Power and Moonblast is an extraordinary pair of moves as it covers so much of the tier. Moonblast is to nuke pokemon that don't resist fairy give examples of both things it can get a supereffective hit against and KO and things that it can neutrally hit and KO, and Earth Power hits the types that do resist fairy for super effective damage, steel and poison list a few specific steel and poison mons that it KOs. However, it does only have a base power of 95, not being able to pick up KOs on bulky water types and ground types, even though they take it neutrally why are you only listing bulky waters and grounds when pretty much any bulky mon with a neutral typing can do this. Also, your ordering is very weird since you go from talking about Moonblast to Earth Power to a base 95 move (moonblast) again. You should keep things grouped together rather than sprinkling information throughout.
-Diamond Storm picks up KOs against flying type pokemon such as Mega Pinsir, Mega Pidgeot, Talonflame; Also KOs fire type pokemon like Mollux and Volkraken. However, it does have a tiny chance to miss, so be cautious when using this move. This last sentence isn't super relevant.
-Mega Diancie lures bulky steel types in such as Ferrothorn and Scizor, which you can 2HKO them with HP fire on the switch. Since its STABs are necessary, HP Fire could be replaced over Earth Power or Protect. However, losing that one speed IV will not let you speed tie with other base 110s, which can cost you an entire game.
-Protect is run on Diancie to get a free mega evolution and the speed boost it gets after it mega evolves. It's also used to scout what your opponent's choiced pokemon would like to lock itself into. On the other hand, because of how predictable protect is, you can replace protect over HP Fire, making this set a more deadly All-Out Attacker.
Set Details
========
Naive:
-Used to take non steel type priority physical moves better such as gale wings brave bird, mach punch, and sucker punch. Furthermore, you don't want to lower Diancie's attack or special attack since this is a mixed set.
EVS:
-Max Speed to outspeed base 108s and speed tie with other base 110s after mega evolving.
-Only 4 attack evs because the reason you run Diamond Storm is to OHKO the common fire type and flying type pokemon, which you can do without a lot of investment.
-Max special attack for higher damage output with moonblast and earth power or Hidden Power Fire.
Usage Tips
========
-If you choose to run Protect over HP fire on AOA Mega Diancie, always lead off with it so you can get that Magic Bounce and speed boost. Be careful sometimes when you use protect, as its high predictability can let your opponent set up and putting a dent on your team. You contradict yourself here, saying you should always lead with protect and then saying that protect is risky. You probably should just say something like "If running Protect, using it let's Diancie mega evolve safely, allowing it to attack next turn with its higher Speed stat. However, protect might also let the opponent set up for free, so be careful and try to judge if the opponent's Pokemon has any set up moves." Furthermore, you're still speaking in first person.
-If you're running HP fire over Protect on Diancie, mega evolve it on a pokemon you have a good matchup on. Still using first person
-If you're using HP fire Mega Diancie, try and predict the steel types that normally check it such as Scizor to come in and bop em with it. Still using first person
-Because Mega Diancie is very frail, don't switch this into any pokemon that might have a super effective move. Only switch your Diancie in when you know you can check/counter your opponent's pokemon. Some pokemon that Diancie can switch into safely are Talonflame, Mew, and Fidgit. Mega Diancie still has to worry about Steel Wing, though I admit it's a low chance.
Team Options:
========
Volt Turn:
-Volt Turn pairs well with AOA Mega Diancie, seeing how its very frail and needs to get into the battle safely to nuke something.
Colossoil+Magnezone: A very well known core to run with Mega Diancie. Mega Diancie can't hit steel types like Mega Scizor or Ferrothorn for an ample amount of damage without HP fire, so Magnezone is the perfect partner. With it's magnet pull ability, it can trap Steel types and harm them with HP fire, enabling Diancie to have an easier time nuking your opponents team. However, while Magnezone can trap steel type pokemon for Diancie, Shed Shell has become a popular item on steel type pokemon such as Skarmory and Ferrothorn. If you don't know what shed shell is, it's an item that prevents you from being trapped by abilites like Shadow Tag and Magnet Pull. You do not have to explain what Shed Shell is and I also don't think it's common on Ferrothorn. Colossoil, being able to lure those pokemon in, can knock off their shed shells so they have to make some predictions to prevent them from being trapped by Magnezone. Colossoil also baits in bulky steel types to come in and U-Turns so Magnezone can trap them and kill them with Hidden Power Fire for Mega Diancie to have a field day. Colossoil also U-Turns on the predicted Tomohawk switch, so Diancie will get a good matchup and be able to nuke something.
Hyper Offense:
-Hyper Offense is a well known playstyle to use when using Diancie; After getting up Stealth Rocks on your opponents side, Diancie can do what it does best: Pressure most hazard controllers such as Latios, Mollux, Malaconda, and Excadrill since it has a good matchup vs most of them.
Diancie+Talonflame : Diancie+Talonflame is a well known hyper offense core because the things that Diancie has trouble with are primarily steel types, which are taken care of with SD talonflame. Furthermore, Diancie can take care of Talonflame's checks, such as Cyclohm and defensive Garchomp.
Mollux: Cawmodore is one of the more used fairy checks in CAP. Scarf Mollux can check BD cawmodore, take a +6 Bullet Punch, and ohko with a lava plume. In what world does Scarf Mollux use Lava Plume. Additionally, Scarf Mollux can trick it's choice scarf onto Chansey, another counter to Mega Diancie. This will cripple Chansey, so that it won't be able to heal up and seismic toss over and over.
Trappers:
-Trappers trap checks/counters to Mega Diancie. It's pretty self explanatory. However, it's very risky to run trappers, as it's very predictable for you to bring them in. For example, if you switch into your Gothitelle and your opponent doubles into his/her Colossoil with Pursuit, your strategy is history. Make the right plays, and these trappers can do well for Mega Diancie. You're basically saying "Run Trappers, wait don't run trappers, wait be careful." Try to be more consistent here in your writing.
Gothitelle: Gothitelle also pairs well with Diancie, seeing how it has trouble with the things Gothitelle usually traps such as Chansey, Mega Venusaur, and Amoonguss. Gothitelle can cripple Chansey by tricking its choiced item and Gothitelle 2hkos any variant of Mega Venu and Amoonguss with Psychic. Why does gothitelle have it's own category when it is most relevant trapper? Just merge this with trappers and make it sound consistent.
Magnezone: Diancie struggles with bulky steel types if its not carrying HP fire, so Magnezone is a great partner for it. Its ability, Magnet Pull, allows it to trap Diancie's common counters and ohko/2hko them with HP fire. You already mentioned magnezone, you shouldn't be redundant by listing it again.
Balanced:
-Balanced is a great playstyle to play with AOA Diancie, as bulky walls can counter its checks and cover up its weaknesses.
Ferrothorn+Diancie: Water, Grass, Ground, Steel. Hmmm, I wonder what can switch into all those types: Ferrothorn. Not only can it switch into all those types, but it also makes a great hazard setter and has access to Leech Seed for recovery and Thunder Wave, allowing Diancie to outspeed faster mons than itself.
Mollux: With the mixed wall variant, Mollux makes a great hazard setter/control and has reliable recovery. It's also a switch in to scarf Keldeo, one of Diancie's checks. However, be cautious of the HP ground sets.
Speed Control:
-Teammates that provide speed control through Tailwind, Sticky Web, or paralysis can counterbalance Diancie's poor base 50 speed before mega evolution and helps give Diancie a lot more opportunities to pressure the opponent.
Fidgit-Fidgit makes an excellent tailwind user, giving 6 turns of tailwind instead of 4.
Thundurus I and Klefki: Priority thunderwave which provide speed control make these pokemon great partners for Diancie.
Necturna: Can set up Sticky Web with its ability to have one sketch move.
Steel Type Checks:
-Mons that check the notable steel types, Jirachi, Scizor, and Metagross make outstanding teammates. Some examples are Cyclohm, Skarmory, and bulky fire types such as Mollux and Heatran.
Okay seriously, you don't need to relist so many mons even if the partners can be used on balanced or HO teams... You probably shouldn't even be splitting Team Options into HO and balanced. Rather, if a specific teammate only works on a single playstyle then say so when describing the teammate. If it can work on multiple teamstyles, then done bother mentioning it. Right now this just looks like a mess.

Moves
========
-Rock Polish:
+Doubles your speed stat, allowing you to outspeed common scarfers in the CAP and OU tier such as Volkraken, Mollux, Keldeo, Magnezone, Jirachi, Landorus T, and Plasmanta. Furthermore, you also outspeed weather abusers such as Mega Swampert, Kingdra, Kabutops, Tornadus T, Mega Houndoom, and Excadrill.
-Opposing speed control in general is in an issue; whether you're playing Sticky Web/Tailwind Offense, or Trick Room. How does this line relate at all? Usage tips should stay out of moves.
-Moonblast:
+Probably the most important move to run on Mega Diancie. Moonblast helps you beat Colossoil, Mega Altaria, and Tomohawk, 3 of the most viable pokemon the tier. Furthermore, Moonblast 2hkos other common threats in CAP such as Cyclohm, Keldeo, Strategem, Mega Slowbro, Gyarados (Both Regular and Mega), Mega Manectric, Mega Lopunny, Mega Medicham, Rotom W, Diggersby, Azumarill, Kyurem B, Necturna, Garchomp, and Politoed(Physically Defensive Spread). As you guys can see, fairy is such an effective offensive type. :] Seriously what are you talking about here. Moonblast OHKOs, not 2HKOs, Cyclohm, Keldeo, Mega Lopunny/Cham. Also, a long list like this isn't necessary. List the two or so bulkiest things it OHKOes, and then a few things that it 2HKOs.
-Not very effective against common steel type pokemon like mega scizor, jirachi, and ferrothorn.
-Only 95 Base Power, so it can't OHKO bulky ground types and water types like Hippowdon, Gliscor, Gastrodon, and Rotom W, while they can do a significant chunk of damage back. Not sure why listing only ground and water types is needed. Just list a few relevant mons that take neutral hits.
-Diamond Storm:
+Ohkoes threats in the CAP metagame such as Talonflame, Volkraken, Mollux, Mega Pinsir, Syclant, Thundurus I, and both Mega Charizards. Also, it 2hkoes pokemon such as Aurumoth and Pyroak.
+High Accuracy than Stone Edge while keeping the same power, but be cautious when using this move as it can still miss.
+High Chance to raise its defense by one stage.
-Earth Power:
+A great coverage move on Mega Diancie, allowing you to hit Kitsunoh, Heatran, Metagross(Both Mega and regular), Naviathan, Empoleon, Excadrill, Jirachi, Magnezone, Fidgit, Klefki, Krilowatt, and Plasmanta for super effective damage. Stop with the pointlessly long lists. Say it hits most steel and poison types and then give a few examples of the bulkier ones that it OHKOs and mention anything important that it doesn't OHKO.
-Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor eat it like a delicious Filet Mignon cooked by Gordon Ramsey.
-Hidden Power Fire:
+You can get past Ferrothorn and lure in Scizor.
-You give up some power against Metagross.
Set Details
========
-192 Speed+Rash:
-After setting up a rock polish, you outspeed jolly sand rush Excadrill, the fastest weather abuser in the game, and ohko it with an Earth Power. 252+ SpA Mega Diancie Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Excadrill: 358-422 (99.1 - 116.8%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO. Don't list calcs, just say that it will almost always OHKO. Rash Nature as opposed to Mild is used over timid because you don't need much speed if you're running Rock Polish. It also ups the chance to ohko Excadrill and prevents you from taking more damage from talonflame's brave bird.
-252 SPA, 0 Attack, 64 HP
-Because Moonblast+EarthPower have very few switch ins and are very significant moves on Diancie, you're going to want to invest in max special attack for more damage output. get rid of first person
- You might be wondering, why run 0 Attack on a mixed Mega Diancie? Well, Diamond Storm OHKOs all variants of Volkraken, offensive variants of mollux, and all the pokemon mentioned above without any investment. While you can't pick of the KO on defensive molluxs with Diamond Storm, Earth Power has a high chance of knocking it out. Get rid of first person
252+ SpA Mega Diancie Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 176+ SpD Mollux: 376-444 (95.4 - 112.6%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO simply say that it OHKOs bulky mollux most of the time without SR support (guaranteed with SR)
-64 EVs is the remainder, so I'd just put in in HP. stop with the first person and explain why HP is more important than the other stats.
[Usage Tips]
========
-Don't Rock Polish right away. A lot of beginners/inexperienced players do this with other pokemon such as Cawmodore and they die after they ohko 1-2 pokemon. Wait until all of Mega Diancie's checks/counters are gone. This maybe a sweeper, but not an early game sweeper.
-I suggest rock polishing up on pokemon such as Revenankh, defensive Malaconda, Aurumoth, Fidgit, Mew, and other pokemon that can't hit you for a good amount of damage.
-Play Mega Diancie safe unless you are forced to make predictions. What I mean by this is Mega Diancie's attacks do super effective damage to a majority of CAP/OU. There's no reason for you to predict unless your game comes down to a 50/50. This last line just sounds like bad advice... I'd probably change this bullet to say "Due to Mega Diancie's frailty, playing it safe is usually a smart move." Unless you're meaning something differently... But telling someone not to predict is just weird.
[Team Options]
=========
-Balanced:
-Because this isn't max speed MDiancie, try running pokemon that can take care of its checks. For example, Keldeo can kill Diancie with a Scald, so run a water and fighting resist to patch that weakness. Latios/Latias make great switchins to keldeo. Also, you can't always rely Mega Diancie as your hazard preventer, as most hazard setters can beat Diancie 1v1. Not only do Latios/Latias make great switchins to keldeo, they also are immune to ground, help you take care of fighting spam, and make great hazard controllers. Furthermore, this is a Diancie without Protect, so it is essential for you to have safe switch ins. The reason being is so that you can mega evolve freely and come back later to nuke something or even sweep.
-Hyper Offense (Read Set 1 Team Options)
-Volt Turn (Red Set 1 Team Options) If you think some teammates are shared, then just copy/paste them again. Also, my general advice for the first set's Team Options still applies here.
-Hazard Stacking Offense is a great playstyle for RP Diancie, as hazards can help it pick up the KOs it wants, especially with a +SPA Nature. Furthermore, it threatens most defog/rapid spin users such as Kitsunoh(Usually it's not meteor mash+defog), Excadrill, latios, mollux, latias, and malaconda.
-Scolipede and Fidgit make great suicide leads for hazard stacking offense and picking them is based on preference. If you want a hazards, taunt, and tailwind support, I'd go with Fidgit. If you want hazards and endeavor support, go with Scolipede.
-Trappers (Read Set 1 Team Options)
-Wall Breakers has a similar function as to what Trappers normally do, break walls; and Diancie has trouble doing so, so that's why I suggest pairing Diancie up with some wallbreakers such as Serperior and Manaphy. These mons can weaken or remove mons that could otherwise check Diancie.
-Nasty Plot Celebi baton passing to a RP Diancie is very scary, especially since +2 252+ SpA Mega Diancie Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mega Metagross: 462-544 (153.4 - 180.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO. So if you have the guts to stay in not fearing bullet punch from Mega Metagross, you can ohko one of the biggest checks to Diancie at +2 Don't post the whole calcs, just the end result/consequence, etc.
[Strategy Comments]
Other Options
========
Calm Mind:
-Calm Mind 3 attacks Diancie is ok, but with threats like mixed syclant with Earthquake, Rain Offense, Scarfed Volkraken and Scarf Landorus T lying around, it makes CM Diancie hard to sweep. However, it definitely is an effective move when it comes to fighting stall.
Psychic:
-Psychic can be used over protect to hit Mega Venus and Amoongusses for super effective damage. However, Diamond Storm, Moonblast, Earth Power, are more viable moves to run on Diancie.
Heal Bell:
-Heal Bell is a great utility move Diancie can run; However, pokemon like Cyclohm and Chansey fit the role better.
Stealth Rock:
-Diancie forces switches pretty well, allowing it to set up its hazards.
Regular Diancie:
-Regular Diancie can be used to set up screens, rocks, and TR, but generally outclassed by mons such as Fidgit, Azelf, and Klefki.
Magnet Rise:
-Magnet Rise can be used to handle mons that rely on their ground coverage to beat Diancie such as Hippowdon, Gliscor, Landorus T, Colossoil, and Garchomp.
Checks and Counters
==============
**Steel Types**: Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Scizor, and Skarmory can check diancie with a steel stab and fully wall them unless they I think you mean Diancie here, so you shouldn't say they since they implies the steel types happen to carry HP Fire. You need to specifically mention Bullet Punch users, too
**Water Types**: Because Mega Diancie is so frail with its low HP stat, all viable water type pokemon such as Krilowatt, Scarf Volkraken, Scarf Keldeo, Azumarill, Rotom Wash, and Slowbro can easily ohko Diancie with their Water STABs. However, do know that all pokemon mentioned except Azumarill get 2hkoed/ohkoed by one of its STABs
**Ground Types**: Ground Types such as Sand Rush Drill, Hippowdon, Gliscor, and Landorus T all check and are able to heavily damage if not ohko Diancie with their STABs. However, Rash variants of Mega Diancie either ohko or 2hko all of these pokemon mentioned.
**Grass Types**: Grass Types such as Mega Venusaur, Necturna, and Celebi all check Mega Diancie, being able to ohko it with their Grass STABs. However, Necturna does get 2hkoed by moonblast whether it's the defensive set or the sash sticky web set.
**Chansey**: Physically Defensive Eviolite Chansey can take every notable move Mega Diancie carries and can counter it with softboiled recovery and seismic toss for damage. However, when it's eviolite is knocked off, Diamond Storm 2hkoes it after stealth rocks.
0 Atk Mega Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Chansey: 322-379 (45.7 - 53.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock.
Address this stuff then take it to GP, good work QC 3/3[Overview]
Diancie has one of the best offensive typings in the CAP metagame and is commonly seen taking advantage of its high offensive stats, gaining a5060 (100->160) base stat boost in both Attack and Special Attack when it mega evolves. This makes Diancie capable of running a Mixed Set, rather than a fully Physical or Special Attacker. In addition to it's amazing typing and offensive base stats, it has an outstanding movepool. It has amazing STABs such as Diamond Storm and Moonblast and has Earth Power for a coverage move, allowing Diancie to hit Steel-Types. Furthermore, Diancie also has some excellent setup moves, the most notable being Rock Polish, allowing it to outspeed common weather abusers after it gets one up.
One of Diancie's main drawbacks is its terrible HP stat. While Diancie does have incredible defense stats in its base and mega form, it's HP stat, in a way, negates the high defenses it naturally has. In addition, it also has an awful speed stat of 50, which limits what Diancie can do before mega evolving. Furthermore, it's typing is pretty mediocre in terms of weaknesses. It's weak to Water, Ground, Grass, and has a Quad Weakness to Steel, limiting the amount of mons Diancie can actually switch into. (also leaves it susceptible to some common priority)

Moonblast is arguably Diancie's best STAB since fairy is such a fantastic type in CAP. Furthermore, Earth Power and Moonblast is an extraordinary pair of moves as it covers so much of the tier. Moonblast is to nuke Dragon, Fighting, and Dark type pokemon such as Cyclohm, Hoopa Unbound, and Tomohawk, and Earth Power hits the types that do resist fairy for super effective damage, steel and poison (and Fire). Some steel and poison pokemon Earth Power KOs are Heatran, Mollux, and Plasmanta. Diamond Storm picks up KOs against flying type pokemon such as Mega Pinsir, Mega Pidgeot, and Talonflame. It also hurts fire types such as Mollux, Pyroak, and Volkraken. Mega Diancie lures bulky steel types in such as Ferrothorn and Scizor, which it can 2HKO them with HP fire on the switch. Since its STABs are necessary, HP Fire could be replaced over Earth Power or Protect. However, losing that one speed IV will not let it speed tie with other base 110s. Finally, Protect is run on Diancie to get a free mega evolution and the speed boost it gets after it mega evolves. It's also used to scout what opposing choiced pokemon would like to lock itself into. On the other hand, because of how predictable protect is, HP Fire can be run over Protect, making this set a more deadly All-Out Attacker.
Set Details
========
The EV spread is pretty simple and standard. Max Special Attack to increase Diancie's damage output with the Moonblast, Earth Power, and HP Fire. Mega Diancie tend to run max speed and a Speed-boosting nature on the All Out Attacker set to outspeed notable base 108s such as Keldeo and Terrakion. Naive nature preferred over Hasty to prevent it from taking more damage from physical attacks, especially priority moves such as Talonflame's Brave Bird, Mach Punch, and Sucker Punch.
Usage Tips
========
If Diancie carries Protect over HP Fire on this set, always (I'd say "usually recommended" or something similar just to avoid absolute terms, as the opponent can take advantage of the free turn) lead off with it to get that Magic Bounce and speed boost. If running Protect, using it let's Diancie mega evolve safely, allowing it to attack next turn with its higher Speed stat. However, protect might also let the opponent set up for free, so be careful and try to judge if the opponent's Pokemon has any set up moves. If Diancie has HP Fire over Protect, mega evolve it on a pokemon it will have a good matchup on. Some pokemon Diancie has a good matchup on are Cyclohm, Talonflame, and Sableye. Furthermore, try and predict the steel types that normally check Diancie and bop them with HP Fire. In addition, because Mega Diancie is very frail, don't switch this into any pokemon that might have a super effective move. For example, don't switch Diancie on a Kitsunoh because it could be offensive with Meteor Mash instead of the predicted defensive set. (switching Diancie into Kitsunoh is a pretty bad idea anyway, Speed ties / EP damage rolls / Shadow Strike make this a shaky matchup for Diancie regardless). Only switch Diancie in on a favorable matchup. Some pokemon that Diancie can switch into safely are Talonflame, Mew, and Sableye.
Team Options:
========
Magnezone checks Water Types that Diancie struggles with and Colossoil provides Rapid Spin support. (ik cbrevan suggested this part, but I don't really see why Rapid Spin support is required for Diancie; it's not particularly hazard weak and it has Magic Bounce. Colo's other benefits are more important to mention) Diancie can't (always) rely on its ability Magic Bounce to prevent hazards, simply because most hazard setters have a move that threatens Diancie out(EX:Ferrothorn). Colo+Mag is also a very well known Volt-Turn core to run in CAP. Mega Diancie can't hit steel types like Mega Scizor or Ferrothorn for an ample amount of damage without HP fire, so Magnezone is the perfect partner. With its magnet pull ability, it can trap (many/several) Steel types and harm them with HP fire, enabling Diancie to have an easier time nuking the opponent's team. However, while Magnezone can trap steel type pokemon for Diancie, Shed Shell is something to take into consideration. Shed Shell is used on Steel Types such as Skarmory and Ferrothorn to prevent them from being trapped by Magnet Pull.
Another core that has Diancie is Diancie+Talonflame. The things that Diancie has trouble with are primarily steel types, which are taken care of with SD talonflame. Furthermore, Diancie can take care of Talonflame's checks, such as Cyclohm and defensive Garchomp. Gothitelle also pairs well with Diancie, seeing how it has trouble with the things Gothitelle usually traps such as Chansey, Mega Venusaur, and Amoonguss. Gothitelle can cripple Chansey by tricking its choiced item and Gothitelle 2hkos any variant of Mega Venu and Amoonguss with Psychic. Steel Type Checks such as Cyclohm, Mollux and Heatran are also great Diancie partners. (add Volk here too, it wallbreaks for Diancie and obliterates Steels including Heatran thanks to Water STAB, which is important if Diancie isn't running EP)

Moves
========
Rock Polish doubles Diancie's speed stat, allowing it to outspeed the majority of the tier, including weather abusers such as Mega Swampert, Kingdra, Tornadus T, and Excadrill. Moonblast is probably Diancie's most prevalent and optimal STAB, allowing it to kill Dragon, Dark, and Fighting types such as Mega Altaria, Cyclohm, Sableye, Keldeo, and Tomohawk.
Diamond Storm ohkoes common threats in the metagame such as Talonflame, Mollux, Mega Pinsir, Syclant, and both Mega Charizards. It also 2hkoes Pyroak as well as Aurumoth.
Earth Power is to hit Steel and Poison type pokemon that resist Moonblast such as Heatran, Mollux and Plasmanta. Hidden Power (Fire) can also be run on Diancie to get past Ferrothorns and lure in Scizors. However, running this other Earth Power will give up some power on Diancie against Metagross.
Set Details
========
Max Special Attack with a Rash Nature maximizes Diancie's Moonblast and Earth Power damage output.Fairy+Ground Coverage is very solid in this Metagame, ground coverage being able to hit the Steel and Poison types that resist fairy.(this stuff goes under Moves) 192 Speed is specifically to outspeed Jolly Sand Rush Excadrill, the fastest weather abuser in the game, and almost always will ohko it with an Earth Power. There are 64SpeedEVs left, which should be put into HP because Diancie doesn't necessarily need investment to ohko Fire and Flying types with Diamond Storm, also giving Diancie some more bulk. Mild over Rash isn't bad either, but Mild makes diancie more suspectible to Physical Priority attacks, mainly Talonflame's Brave Bird and Arghonaut's Aqua Jet. Finally, it is not recommended to run a +Speed Nature due to Rock Polish.
[Usage Tips]
========
It is not recommended to not Rock Polish right away.(due to the prevalence of Bullet Punch, bulky stuff that can wall it, etc) Diancie early game can soften up walls such as Ferrothorn, Pyroak, and Tomohawk, but it's certainly not an early game sweeper. A lot of beginners/inexperienced players do this with other pokemon such as Cawmodore and they die after being checked by Cyclohm and Zapdos. <- is this sentence needed Wait until all of Mega Diancie's checks/counters are gone or weakened and then use Rock Polish to clean up late game. When playing offensive teams that have no priority and rely on speed to beat Diancie, Rock Polish can be used to end them. Pick the right pokemon to set up on with Diancie. Some mons it can set up on are Revanankh,Aurumoth(way too shaky), Mew, and Sableye. Finally, due to Diancie's frailty, playing it safe is the best way to use it, especially when it's the win condition in a game.
Add in a statement about mega evolving as soon as Diancie gets an opportunity (it won't be as easy w/out protect) so it can take advantage of its increased Speed for revenge killing as well as Magic Bounce throughout the match.
[Team Options]

Diancie+Talonflame is a well known hyper offense core because the things that Diancie has trouble with are primarily steel types, which are taken care of with SD Talonflame. Furthermore, Diancie can take care of Talonflame's checks, such as Cyclohm and defensive Garchomp. Nasty Plot Celebi baton passing to a RP Diancie is very scary, since an Earth Power ohkos Mega Metagross at +2. Just be careful of Bullet Punch. Furthermore, it can resist Ground and Water type attacks, two of Diancie's weaknesses. In addition, Steel Type checks are necessary so that Diancie can be preserved until all of its checks are gone so that it can sweep late game. Some Steel Type checks are Mollux, Heatran, and Cyclohm (Volk here too, good wallbreaker + momentum grabber with U-turn). Lastly, with it's magnet pull ability, Magnezone can trap (many/several) Steel types and harm them with HP fire, enabling Diancie to have an easier time nuking the opponent's team. However, while Magnezone can trap steel type pokemon for Diancie, Shed Shell is definitely an item Steel Types tend to run, preventing Magnezone from trapping holders. Notable Shed Shell users are Skarmory and Ferrothorn.

Other Options
========
Calm Mind Diancie can shut down balanced teams if used correctly, but with threats like Syclant, Scarfed Volkraken, Scizor and Ferrothorn lying around, it makes CM Diancie sweeping a lot harder. Psychic can be used over Protect on the All Out Attacker set to hit Venusaur for super effective damage. However, Hidden Power Fire is a more viable coverage move to run. Heal Bell is a great utility move Diancie can use; However, pokemon such as Cyclohm and Chansey fit the role better. Diancie forces switches pretty well, so it can use Stealth Rock to get hazards up easily. Sharpen is a very cool move to run on Diancie, because it 2HKOes Chansey one of its usual counters, with +1 Diamond Storm. Magnet Rise can be used to handle mons that rely on their ground coverage to beat Diancie such as Hippowdon, Gliscor, Colossoil, and Garchomp. A regular Diancie set with screens, rocks, and TR is okay, but generally outclassed by Fidgit, Azelf, and Klefki. (remove screens + Klefki mention imo, TR + competition with Persistent Fidgit is the more important point here)
Checks and Counters
==============
**Steel Types**: Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Scizor, and Skarmory (emphasis on sdef skarm, physically defensive skarm is much shakier) can check Diancie with a steel stab and fully wall them unless Diancie has HP Fire. Also, be careful of some non-Steel types that have notable steel moves worth considering. (EX: Mega Medicham's Bullet Punch.)
Some additions:
**Water Types**: Because Mega Diancie is so frail with its low HP stat, all viable water type pokemon such as Krilowatt, Scarf Volkraken, Scarf Keldeo, Azumarill, Rotom Wash, and Slowbro can easily ohko Diancie with their Water STABs. However, do know that all pokemon mentioned except Azumarill get 2hkoed/ohkoed by one of its STABs
- Mega Metagross - tanks Earth Power once if necessary, Bullet Punch OHKOes
- Jirachi - SDef variants wall Diancie completely, offensive variants can tank Earth Power once, Iron Head OHKOes regardless of Jirachi's Atk investment
- Cawmodore - outspeeds and threatens with Steel STAB, healthy Cawmodore can use non-HP Fire Diancie as setup bait
**Ground Types**: Ground Types such as Sand Rush Drill (bulky Exca tanks EP, so it works too), Hippowdon, Gliscor, and Landorus T all check and are able to heavily damage if not ohko Diancie with their STABs. However, Rash variants of Mega Diancie either ohko or 2hko all of these pokemon mentioned.
**Grass Types**: Grass Types such as Mega Venusaur, Necturna, and Celebi all check Mega Diancie, being able to ohko it with their Grass STABs. However, Necturna does get 2hkoed by Moonblast, whether it's the defensive set or the sash sticky web set. (imo "most variants of Necturna are 2HKOed by Moonblast" could work here since it references more sets) In addition, Venusaur does have to be cautious of Psychic variants. (Serp is a good check as well, as it outspeeds, threatens an OHKO with Leaf Storm, and can tank Moonblast once if necessary)
**Chansey**: Eviolite Chansey can take every notable move Mega Diancie carries and can counter it with Softboiled recovery and seismic toss. However, it can get past it with Sharpen, or just knocking off it's Eviolite since Diamond Storm will 2HKO it after either of those choices. (This could be misinterpreted as Diancie knocking off Chansey's Eviolite, change this to "Diamond Storm is a 2HKO if Chansey's Eviolite has been removed" or something along those lines. Mention this before Sharpen since it's more relevant)
Perhaps make a section for specially bulky mons with Chansey included (Clefable, Sylveon, etc) since they can all wall Diancie if they're healthy enough.
