Pretty cool. However, there is a few issues (obv you just made it)
First off, Manaphy is possibly better off with origin pulse.
Mirror coat on slaking seems weird. I geuss after some calm minds...
Weavile is good.
Scizor has bad coverage, and should probably have a life orb

I was so scared that you were going to join as ILC ban OM room.

But I'd reccomend getting knock off on scizor, the improved coverage is better than the priority sometimes.
Also run psystrike on MegaBro to help deal with bulky gyarados or strong fighting types that could use it as setup fodder
EDIT: Defensive scizor could work with a set of Roost/King's Shield/Bullet.Punch/Swords Dance.
