8 Speed?! This may sound odd, but believe it or not, it might actually be better than 0 Speed, since this underspeeds Kyogre and Groudon by one point! What this means, is that under Trick Room against opposing Cresselia, you can Skill Swap last, making you win the weather war, and potentially the game!

I used to have my own one here, but nugget bridge user SMx donated one with less attack and Hidden Power Fire, so kudos to him!
