• Defog clears hazards
• Scald, a necessary STAB move, deals adequate damage to pokemons that do not resist it. It also has the possibility to burn the target.
• Hurricane, being Swanna's strongest STAB move, deals damage to ___ mons. The 30% chance of confusing the opponent is a welcomed bonus as well. However, if Hurricane's accuracy is unreliable, Air Slash can be used as a STAB flying attack move that deals damage more reliably. It's 30% chance to flinch the target is also helpful.
• Roost allows Swanna to recover the damage dealt by resisted attacks and SR damage as well as allowing it to increasing its longevity and walling power.

Also, physically defensive swanna should have speed. At least for rampardos and quilladin although I'd argue teams using it could really benefit from outspeeding adamant monferno. My suggestion is:

EVs: 136 HP / 252 Def / 120 Spe
Bold Nature

Shouldn't the spread be something like 248 HP / 232 def / 24 speed timid on the defensive set for adamant monferno? Maybe even a bit more, to outspeed max speed gabite as well.
