I'll check when I'm home, but I'm certain that I do have a trained version of that Golbit that changed its name to Golurk's German name Golgantes after evolution.
No idea how or why this didn't work for you, but personally I never had this problem with any of these Pokémon. Since I didn't hatch it and it doesn't have my OT/ID there is no way for me to change it.

Alright I just tried it with both Golett and Snorunt and they both evolved and were renamed correctly to Golurk and Glalie. Sorry for the misunderstanding. There's another giveaway giving out German named pokémon but those retain the nickname even after evolving, I'm assuming those were nicknamed, while yours were born originally in a German game and are not nicknamed.

Im just kinda curious about this, but ive seen another give away going on that uses pokemon from emulators, could that be whats causing it not to change its name? becuase that would kinda weird to nickname it its original name.

My advice would be to use better fodder Pokémon in a lot of the "My Pokémon was sniped! Do something Nelson!"-cases.
After that, if you didn't get what you wanted, tough luck. These Pokémon are out there in the community. Go look somewhere else for them.
I repeat, do not contact me begging for stuff or even trying to annoy me into fulfilling your wishes once this giveaway is closed. It won't work.

I'll try to distribute as much as possible this weekend.

I do not know if this giveaway will return in Generation VII yet.
I'm interested in continuing this giveaway with new additions, but that really depends on my ability to easily clone large quantities on my Generation VII game(s). No idea if I'll be able to do that.
