"Oh wow it's been forever since I've reffed anything. How does this work again?"
krilowatt.gif
"Of course you'd forget. You have to put up the rules, post the teams, analyze them, and then randomly decide who sends out first."
qBY07IR.png
"Jumbo, does this mean you're volunteering to do commentary with me?"
krilowatt.gif
*sigh* "Looks like it. I feel no love for my fellow Krilowatt, but I do feel an obligation to not let someone else insult them."
The Rules said:
Bring 4, Pick 3 Singles. You PM 4 pokemons to the ref from your team, but the battle will be 3vs3 singles. You will choose and send out your mons as the battle develops.
72 Hour DQ, 1 Warning
Switch = OK
Abilities:
All
Items: All
Subsitutions: 3
Megas: 1
Z-Moves: 1
Infinite Recoveries/Chills
Turn Order:
Coin Flip
Arena: ASB Tournament Arena
Ubers Rule:
Each type has an Ubers list. You may only use one of those Pokemon per match. NOTE: This would mean that you can only send in 1 mon from that list per match.
Special Rule: Pokemon are equipped on send-in, similar to how Anime-Style Simulator challenges work.
Special Rule #2: The Gym League rules on Megas is in effect. A mega may be used as long as it shares a type with the gym. Pokemon that mega evolve into a Pokemon with the right type can only be used in their mega evolved form, and enter the field mega evolved (see: Mega Lopunny in Fighting). Pokemon that lose the proper type on mega evolution may not be used (see: Mega Aggron in Rock).
Special Rule #3: Silvally can be used, but it must hold the Memory associated with the typing of the team, unless you are Normal, in which case, you cannot use a Memory. Silvally will be immune to any item-changing/removing effect if it is holding a Memory item, and Knock Off will get a boosted BAP against a Silvally holding a Memory.

LOA Rules:
1)
If your LoA makes you unable to post we will wait up to 4 days. The longer the wait the smaller my patience if you keep pulling that card, so I reserve the right of rescinding it. LoAs without a defined ETA will be read as 3 days. that is per instance. You can't pull it in a row without first dealing with your current orders.
2) If your LoA is of the "will be busier" type, you will get +24h extension until it is over. Maximum time for its duration is 15 days (so during those 15 days you get 24h extra time on your posts). The longer the wait the smaller my patience if you keep pulling that card, so I reserve the right of rescinding it. You can't pull it in a row without first dealing with your current orders.
3) If you have good reasons and your match is well advanced, those rules might be excepted. But don't count on it

____________________________________

[Nature]
Naive (+15% Speed, +17% Accuracy, -1 SpD)

[Type]
Water | Electric

Water STAB; Ignores arena restrictions on Water attacks that require an external water source. Evasive Diving reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.

Electric STAB; immune to paralysis status.

[Abilities]
Trace / Magic Guard / Shell Armor

Trace
(Trigger, MoldBreaker affects - No)
When entering into battle, this Pokemon can copy an ability on one of its opponents for 6 EN. This effect only triggers if the ability to be copied is specified when the Pokemon is sent out. The ability remains on the Pokemon for six (6) actions. Wonder Guard cannot be Traced.

Command: Activate Trace (target ability) - 5 En - Replace Trace with the target Ability for six (6) actions. When the copied ability fades, the user regains Trace.

Magic Guard (✓)
(Passive, MoldBreaker affects - No)
This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, Burn, and Partial Trapping moves. It can still attack itself in confusion, but will not take any damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is negated.

Shell Armor (Unlocked)
(Passive, MoldBreaker affects - Yes)
This Pokemon's thick, bony outer shell prevents it from taking critical hits.

"Again, obvious Krilowatt is obvious. Beyond that...wait what is up with that Icium Z?"
krilowatt.gif
"Ok, so this thing called Z-Moves were recently introduced. When a Pokemon holds a Z-Crystal it can use a very strong move of that type or give an extra effect to a status move. Only once though."
qBY07IR.png
"Yes, I knew that. What I MEANT was that I don't understand why you'd use an Ice-type Z-move against a mono-Water team."
krilowatt.gif
"That is actually reasonable. Huh. I apologize for my condescension."

Good God I didn't realize how atrocious ordering first this match would be lol

Jock, show this man the door:
Imprison (Earthquake, Endure, Imprison)-Earth Power-Thunder
If Dogfish22 would attack first by speed order A1 and use Imprison and Jock's Imprison is disabled, use Discharge on that action.
If Dogfish22 would use Mirror Coat after A1, change that action to Thunder Punch on the first instance and Bulldoze on the second.
If Jock's Earth Power would be disabled when he would attack, change that action to Discharge.

I use a d1200.

Complications misses a prime opportunity to seize the lead, as the Metronome's in Gale's main order set were illegal. Alas, Complication's Krilowatt ends up succumbing to CounterCoat. This was depressing to ref.

Action 1:
Krilowatt-C used Earth Power!

Honestly at this point this is an embarrassing exercise in futility, but alas, I fight until the end :<

Switching to Golisopod, counterswitch?

Leech Life-Pin Missile-Leech Life
If Gyarados would initiate Bide A1, use Protect A3.
If Gyarados uses a Damaging Evasive move and it is not suspended and Gyarados is not behind a Substitute and it is not in combination, use X-Scissor+X-Scissor on the first instance and Leech Life+Bug Bite on all following instances.
If Gyarados has Reflect active when you attack, use Brick Break.

Sorry for the delay
