Tournament Rules:
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • OM Grand Slam information can be found here.
  • The banlist for this tournament is the same as the Almost Any Ability ladder of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Showdown, and can be found here.
  • Best of three, single elimination.
  • If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
  • Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown!.
  • Replays must be posted alongside the result.
  • Do not make baseless activity posts; get in contact with your opponent and report missed times / scheduling issues only.

I dont know all mechanics, so can someone explain me turn 18 in the 2nd match Arii linked. How was he able to use a prio move under psychic terrain?

He wasn't. The leech life wasn't triage, as you used encore.

E: To clarify, ALakazam picks encore with +0 Priority->Golisopod picks Liquidation with +0 Priority->Alakazam uses encore at +0 priority, Golisopod is locked into Leech Life->Golisopod uses Leech Life at +0 priority.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to call activity. My opponent has put no effort into scheduling, and even though he's said that some of the times I've offered work hasn't clarified which ones or on what date. I've attempted to contact on PS instead, but the one time I found them they were unable to battle.

Sorry to ask for this so late, but could we get an extension? I was waiting for whenever my opponent beat his round 2 opponent, and I guess he forgot to VM me and I forgot to keep tabs on it. We'll try to schedule ASAP.
