I was wondering why he was infracted twice. Did he create 2 alts? Even so, I'd request removing one of his infractions, since you essentially infracted him twice for one occurrence of creating *multiple* alts.

His friend and I will sternly warn him not to be dumb like this ever again. He's an overall good user, and I believe banning him for making alts for a singular occurrence a bit severe. I hope you can appreciate the severity of ex-communicating somebody from a community.
