Btw when I transferred him to X I re-checked his hidden power and IV's and it turns out my original spread was wrong, he actually has a 31 in attack too! I must have recorded his IV's wrong when checking them in soul silver or mis-calculated them entirely...or this is a different suicune than the one I thought I was trading, it still has HP Electric though so it's good to go.
