Reqs aren't there to weed out bad players, we don't need them if that's what we wanted. Reqs are there to show you care enough about the metagame to do that grind.

I agree with this, the requirements are so low that it isn't even remotely enough of a challenge for some people to have to grind for. :( And I think it's important to weed out bad players, too, as their opinions will be devalued to nil as a consequence which would support for a healthier and more accurate result of this suspect test.

If that was the goal, we wouldn't use laddering to determine who votes. Suspect test reqs aren't about that.
