I guess EST means a difference of 5 hours to GMT (-4). Is it correct?
For an example, I'm typing this message at 01:48 a.m. GMT -4. Will you receive it at 08:48 p.m.?

Oh, I got it. EST means 5 hours to the greenwich meridian i.e. we have a difference about just one hour. ^_^

no est is the same as ur time xd
est is gmt -4 in daylight savings time
est is gmt -4 in daylight savings time
and uh im prob free from like 9 pm est onwards tomorrow
