where did i site that as the reason? i said here http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/hackmons-xy.3500418/page-16#post-5688547 and here http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/hackmons-xy.3500418/page-16#post-5692673 that the om staff decided to removed it. i never said anything about evs and preview being the reason.
