yes. i saw a truly OP ike though in a tournament, motherfucker won against sheik, greninja (altho he sucked), rob, and some other dudes. they were all pretty damn good too. nigga was so good @_@ if u wanna try to look it up, his name is Ryuga. do something like "clash tournaments ryuga) in youtube.
