No, sorry. :( I did get a second 3DS but when I tried cloning, it didn't work. =X
Also, the Premier Ball Clefairy doesn't have Magic Guard, courtesy of it being from Fire Red. If it was a Cleffa, it could get MG upon evolving in DPPt. You'll have to Ability Capsule it. The bred ones DO have MG though.
