Hi! When we can do our first session depends on timezones I would say. I am gmt-5 and am usually available at most times. I can probably do something tomorrow depending on how well we can synch up.

I'll try to find some time to ladder soon. Should we wait till I finish laddering to do our next session, or can we do it soon?

Which ever works for you really. If you want a session before this just let me know. Otherwise try and ladder and see how the team works out.
