On a side note, how do I apply for Artist again? Do I have to contribute at least three pieces to the Article Workshop or something?

Wait, I figured it out, never mind.

I don't think you can officially make an official application for that, haha!
You can however apply for Approved Artist in Smeargle's Studio, which will give you access to all the restricted art venues. ;)
