They're essentially the mascots of their respective CAP generation. They're arguably adorable as well.

I really have no idea how the stats of this CAP will look like. I assume high speed, but the rest is actually quite open. Atk has stronger STABs, but SpA more reliable ones which aren't effected by potential burns. And CAP wants to wall both Fairy and Flying type attacks, as well as Knock Off. Guess the tendency is to defense here...
