hi Eternally, I don't normally do this but I actually don't have any experience either using or playing against Scarf Kabu, so I'm not really able to give any meaningful feedback. Furthermore, QC are currently debating whether this still needs a set; someone will probably post in the near future with either the third check or a rejection, so I don't want to push it to GP yet. I hope this is understandable. :s
